For the record I don't click back per se, but chances are I'll manage to click whatever it is one might have due to enmass clicking off the user page. I just never bother to check the click list and just bounce around the user page when not hunting down stuff I need. (Speed clicker~ up to 10-30k if not more a day if I'm feeling motivated.)
