Connie's Mum found a bicycle at the local recycling centre and Bill and Butch have helped Connie do it up and now Connie can *nearly* keep up with Verity and Smokidash when they go visiting other pokemon.

Connie lives on Butterfree Farm with her best friend, Verity. Soon, they will be setting off on their pokemon journeys together but for now they are getting to know their first pokemon and looking after the pokemon that get raised on the farm.

Connie starts each day by feeding the torchics and helping milk the miltanks. Then she and Verity have breakfast in the big, warm kitchen and afterwards they collect honey from the farm's combee hives.

Connie's first pokemon was a torchic that she hatched herself from one of the farm's eggs. She also has a mareep that she hand reared and a female combee that hatched from the farm's swarm. That was the first pokemon she caught.

Connie would like to look after some special, shiny pokemon like Verity's and so she is collecting the zubat eggs that are appearing in the dark copse on the edge of the miltank field. When the zubats hatch, if they are not shiny, she lets them set off in search of dark caves or trainers of their own.
