So, my laptop died on Monday, about 2am. Just upped and left me, no warning, in the middle of a take-home exam. I have no idea what's wrong with it. I now have a loaner from my parents to get me through Uni, etc. Alas, poor Babs, you will be dearly missed.

Relatedly, if you have a Toshiba Satellite x205-sli2, roughly 2 years old, PM with the BIOS version info. I get a beep code but the BIOS doesn't boot so I can't check the version number to find out what the error means. I will buy you literal, RL cookies.
