Despite her appearance, Hullabaloo is naturally a rather shy pokémon, or at least cautious not to upset anybody around her. Even so, she can't help but kick up a fuss if hurt or upset, though this was more likely when she was young.
Even she, however, is not above suddenly launching a Hyper Voice attack at somebody who is angering her, or if she is trapped between people, being somewhat claustrophobic. This is more common than you might think, so be careful not to stand to close to her if you value your hearing.
