Custom Description
Flapsy Mcgee eats sparkles for breakfast. Can't get enough of those sparkles. In fact, he's eaten so many sparkles that he's learned how to fly. He usually visits the neighborhood children on Tuesdays and tells them stories of when he was a child. Sure, he's only 29, but he still feels pretty old for a Kyogre, though that is quite young I suppose. He doesn't know that many Kyogre. XDDD I give him letters for Sprinkles, but I think he secretly openes them and reads them, then eats them. Can't live on only sparkles I suppose... He has really think bottom eyelashes too he refuses to cut. D:
