Sparky loves to learn. Though he gives into pressure pretty quickly and hates fighting, he loves watching Pokemon battles. He even is interested in human speech, and while he doesn't have any Pokemon to teach him, he watches humans and listens to them to try and figure it out for himself.
The fact he's got a tuft of hair on his head and the black marks on his ears are jagged doesn't mean he's any different from any other Pikachu. He gets upset when someone tells him he is.
Also seems to sport a sadistic air, as he loves to thundershock helpless little bugs just because he can.
