Irene wanted a Croagunk in her team badly, but when she went to Great Marsh looking for one, she had the worst luck for all day. She was about to just toss her last Ball to a random Bidoof, when she heard a familiar sound coming from behind and she saw a Croagunk calmly looking at her, puffing her cheeks. Irene just threw the ball and Israfel was caught.
She now is the most attached Pokémon Irene has... the way she looks at people is sometimes creepy, but Irene finds her adorable. The feeling is mutual, Israfel even seems to have some deeper unrequited feelings though...
