This bird gets his name from a character from a certain freaky manga; Xatu has always looked somewhat girly to me, and Norio... looks *very* girly. The nickname seems to have traumatised him somewhat, as he's often looking into the future to make sure he won't suffer an ugly fate like his namesake. Although he usually comes off as aloof and deadly-serious, his paranoia means that he's surprisingly easy to spook. He's also unusual among my Pokemon in that he dislikes wearing accessories; he basically thinks they're undignified.
