Yomigami was in the lab for a long and lonely hour before Sapphire managed to save him. Even though he was an egg at the time, the Rayquaza was grateful to the female trainer. Now, he enjoys giving her (and anyone else for that matter) a ride... but riding on the back of this Rayquaza is like riding on a rollarcoaster high in the ozone layer. And he doesn't come with seatbelts.
He shares his birthday with Xigbar, the Palkia, and is best friends with him... The dragons can be a bit of a handful though. Also hangs out with Leviathan and Behemoth, but argues with them a lot.
