Lucian has a apartment in a shady part of town, there he keeps the pokemon he adopted so that they at least have a roof over their head at night.
He's the type that doesn't like to get 'hot and sweaty' and often relies on Tomio to do his grunt work, such as stealing food from trainers to feed the pokemon he takes care of.
Recently, he introduced Tomio and Suishou to the others and allow them to stay as long as they provide food for the 'family'.
Lucian: GET THESE GHOSTS AWAY FROM ME. I am going to be SO glad when they get to lvl 100...
