Yono was given to Rei in a trade. For her, it was love at first sight, but it took him time to get used to the changes. He has been by her side for nearly two years now. He has developed a small crush on Yuki, but Plushie believes he likes Rei more. She considers him to be a powerhouse: slow, but strong attacks and defense.

Yono enjoys learning new things, doing things that make him feel useful, hanging out with family, and eating powdered doughnuts. He dislikes Plushie and often gets into physical fights with her. His biggest pet peeve, however, is Giovanni of Team Rocket.
