Custom Description
Nipaa's name is something of a pun - both on Wooper's Japanese name (Upaa) and on a certain catchphrase of Rika's from Higurashi. He's generally a peaceful, happy-go-lucky guy, if a little absent-minded; when he's on land and wanting to play with others, he tends to forget about his slimy coating, which sometimes leads to trouble.
