A loud and gruff foreigner from Borginia whose temper is very short. To him, time is money and any waste of either is unforgivable. Which would be why he hardly gives a few moments of his time to anything he finds useless or a waste of precious time. When agitated, he will forget to speak English and spout off in Borginian insults at people.
His true love is in the arts, especially ancient works and fine sculptures, and tries to visit or collect as many as possible.
