Hoothoot is very relaxed and rarely worries about anything. She is almost relaxed to the point of laziness. She rarely does what is asked of her because she is to busy lounging around. It takes a lot of persuasion to get her to do anything. Hoothoot does one thing that benenfits everyone else though. Because of her internal organ that allows her to tell time exactly she has become the alarm clock. She wakes everyone up at exactly 7:00 A.M. with a hoot, or in the case of the nocturnal pokemon this is a signal that it is time to go to bed.
