Starly is very strong in her opinions. She tries to force her views on everyone else. She will yell at someone with her strident voice when she thinks they are doing something the wrong way. She is also known to forcefully show the other pokemon the "right" way to do things. She is one of the loudest most outspoken pokemon in DragonMaiden's care. Although her views are practical, they are often not the only way to do things. The other pokemon try to ignore her comments and interferences, but Starly will throw a huge fit when she is ignored.
