Glitch may look like a normal (not really) Porygon-Z, ut he's very different...in a strange Virus attack on the System on which he was manufactured, some language software, as well as some highly Top-Secret digital brain Software got infused within him...so now he talks, and acts actually like a normal Pokemon...except he still talks...
