Galan was trained to be the fiercest of all Gallade, as they were in war with a Weavile clan... but Galan didn't want to fight. All his devotion was for cooking, not just for Gallade and Gardevoir reciepes, also their enemies' reciepes.
Galan left and went to the city, where he met a human chef. By telepathy, he told the chef his dream and his reason to be in the city, in a search for new flavours and people that liked them.
The chef took him as his apprentice, time later their friendship was unbreakable, and their restaurant, a great success.
