Loch is bizarrely happy most of the time. He enjoys throwing parties and the like, and also jokes around a lot. Just his very presence seems to cheer you up.
If you manage to get past his jolly exterior, the inside is very thoughtful, and gets angry quite easily. One of Nurmar's favorite terms to use for him is "thick-skulled," which isn't really true at all. He knows exactly what you're saying, and knows if you're being sarcastic or not. He feels like an outcast inside, and thus created himself a new outside.
