Custom Description
Kai is a born surfer most frequently seen tearing up the waves around the Kanto coasts with his owner, Swizzle. Like Pikachus of legend, Kai even has his own personal surfboard! Around his neck on a leather cord is an Everstone, preventing him from evolving and losing his agile Wartortle form. Despite his athleticism, he's incredibly laid-back and lazy when he's not hitting the surf and is usually seen with sunglasses lounging around the beach, sipping drinks made of Aspear berry juice.
