Blue is a young blue Shellos whom Firechick hatched from an egg. He is Pinky's illegitimate younger brother, though the two are polar opposites. While Pinky is quiet but kind, Blue is happy and energetic though reckless and impulsive. Many think he has ADHD because he's very impulsive and tends to do inappropriate things like show emotions without restraint, speak his mind, and act without regard for consequences. But despite this, he cares about Pinky and will make sure she's safe, though she's the one taking care of him. He is also shown to be very childish most of the time. He loves sweets.
