A newborn Lugia that was injured and got lost. Found, unconscious, by Drake, he nursed the poor thing back to health. He loves flying around, without a care in the world. Unfortunately, this also makes him oblivious to Kaori, who has an obvious liking towards him. He ignores everyone else, besides Drake, unless they get in the way of his flying. Then he Aeroblasts them out of the way, and continues flying. All the other flying Pokemon stay out of his way, after seeing him Aeroblast Ptear, who bumped into him while flying one day. Ptear is slightly scared of him now...
