Taka is named after Scar from TLK. Scar had always been my favourite villain.
Taka doesn't like children or Jolly natured pokemon. Matter of fact, he hardly likes anyone. The only real pokemon he likes is Bessy (because she doesn't bother him) and Alice (his mate). Taka is distant from the others. He doesn't have much power behind him but he does have smarts. He can quiet easily manipulate those around him and intimidate others.
