Repede is the alpha dog who raised Yuri and Flynn when they were young. He is Flynn's actual father but adopted Yuri when he discover her egg lying about, abandoned. Repede is rather friendly, but at the same time a wolf of his stature demands respect unlike his mate Raven. He's very strong and experienced in the ways of battle so most pokemon tend to avoid crossing him. It's often speculated that Flynn took after Repede while Yuri took after Raven in terms of personality as they grew up hence the reason why they ended up being attracted to each other, much to their amusement,
