Silver is larger than most Poochyena because he is older and has more experience. The first Poochyena Seth ever had (and one of his first Pokemon ever caught), he was around since the beginning. When Meta was caught, Silver personally raised him until he evolved. As a teacher and leader he is strict but caring. He would die for Seth or any of his fellow Pokemon.
