As an egg, Misfits Machine, or M.M. for short, was exposed to a large amount of music by the popular 80's band "The Misfits". As a result, he became obsessed with the music, and could replicate it at will.
Having a lot of Universal Appeal, he ended up meeting his idols. Impressed by his ability to play their tunes, they let him join the group for a brief period. The break-up was ugly, though, and eventally a restraining order was placed against him by Misfits lead vocalist Pizzazz.
He also briefly dated Kimber from the rival band "Jem and The Holograms", but this was "to make Pizzazz jealous"
